Visiting a branch

Given the current situation, we recommend that you only visit a branch for essential financial needs that cannot be carried out remotely. Check your branch's business hours before your visit.

What measures should I follow to visit a branch?

Firstly, wearing a face cover or mask that covers the nose, mouth and chin is mandatory in our branches in the following provinces:

  • British Columbia

  • Saskatchewan

  • Manitoba

  • Ontrario

  • Quebec

  • New Brunswich

  • Nova Scotia

  • Prince Edward Island

Wearing a face covering is also mandatory in certain cities of Alberta: Banff, Edmonton, Calgary, Wood Buffalo, Grande Prairie, Red Deer, Lethbridge and Fort McMurray.

Follow the recommendations of the government authorities and limit your movements, if possible.

What preventative measures are in place to ensure the safety of clients and employees at a branch?

  • We are always monitoring the number of people in our branches to ensure a 2-meter distance between employees and clients. 
  • Additional hygiene measures  have been implemented in our branches, ABMs and offices such as more frequent cleaning of the premises and disinfectant gel dispensers at the entrance. 

How do I know if my branch is open and its business hours?

Before your visit, check our branch locator for our updated business hours. Our ABMs continue to remain available. To find an ABM near your, click here.

Are branch appointments continuing as usual?

Yes, however we ask that you contact your advisor before visiting your branch. You may also be able to schedule a meeting remotely, depending on your needs. 

Avoid visiting a branch if you’re exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19. You can contact your advisor by phone or reschedule your appointment, depending on your state of health.  

Support for seniors

To support our seniors, we have set up a dedicated phone line to answer calls from our clients aged 70 and over to help them manage their essential financial needs. If you are 70 years or older, in a residence, or Long-Term Care Facility  and need support for your essential transactions, call us at 1-844-413-5894.
